Work at home entry data workers have various other titles. Aside from typists, encoders, or word processors, they may also be known as electronic data processors, keypunch technicians, and transcribers. But what do they do really? And what does a work at home data entry job actually mean?

The Nature of the Job

The job of work at home data entry workers usually involves setting up and preparing reports, letters, mailing labels, and other textual material. Companies though allow the use of a larger computer system, which normally includes a keyboard, video display terminal, a printer, and any other add-ons which are considered necessary.
